Terms and Conditions for Using Our Dog Field

General Rules:

Supervision: Owners must supervise their dogs at all times. Unattended dogs are not allowed.
Entering: You must enter the field and close the gate before letting your dog out of your vehicle.
Age & Health: All dogs must be at least 4 months old, vaccinated, and in good health. No dog grooming in the field.

Grounds: This is countryside space so ground is uneven use at your own risk.

Safety and Conduct:

Clean-Up: Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste in designated bins.
  Food:  Food, including dog treats, is allowed in the field please take rubbish with you.
Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult and are the adult's responsibility.

Liability:

Owner Responsibility: Owners are responsible for their dogs' actions and must accept liability for any injury or damage caused by their dogs.

Access:

Access Control: Access may be controlled via a gate code, and sharing access information is prohibited.

Parking All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at the owners risk. We accept no responsibility for any loss/damage whilst on the property. On arrival, park in the designated parking area (Not on the grass) and please remain in your car until the previous user has vacated the field. It is the users responsibility to ensure the gate is securely closed behind them.


Hours of Operation:

Opening and Closing Times: 7AM till 9PM. Using the field outside these hours is prohibited.
Closure Notices: The field may be closed during maintenance, bad weather, or special events. Notices will be posted as needed.

Reporting:

Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any violations, issues to border to park staff via message Instagram - @topdogz_exercisefield_.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

Modifications: The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of changes through posted notices or direct communication.

Banned Breed List including XL Bully

 

If you own a dog currently on the banned breed list including XL Bully types from the 31/12/23 you must comply with current legislation

 

Any use of our agility equipment is completely at your own risk.

Do not use the equipment in wet or icy conditions as surfaces become slippery. You must supervise your dog/s when using the equipment and notify us of any defects. Agility equipment is for the use of dog/s only.
